At Flag, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
